PMI Certification
As a management discipline, project management has become the hub of much economic activity. In industries as diverse as defense, pharmaceuticals, information technology, aerospace and more, projects now drive business success. And in the public sector, project management is critical to the success of roads, schools, bridges and many other areas of need.
RII's reputation in the industry as a provider of Project Management Solutions is unsurpassed. Many RII employees hold certifications as Project Management Professionals (PMP®) through the Project Management Institute (PMI®). PMP® certified employees add additional value for clients in two important areas:
- Effective Management of Projects- PMP's are trained in the principles of effective project management. This includes Time, Cost, Risk, and other project management techniques
- Successful Communication - PMP®'s bring consistency in terminology and process across projects and industries.
RII's Project Management workforce is experienced and ready to support your projects at any level of complexity. One of RII's organizational goals is to provide certification paths for all employees and PMI certification for Project Managers. As part of our benefit plan, RII pays for PMP® certification and PMI training for all employees providing project management support to our clients.
INCOSE CSEP Certification
The International Council on Systems Engineering established its Professional Certification Program in March 2004 to provide a formal method for recognizing the knowledge and experience of systems engineers. The title of the baseline recognition of personal certification is "Certified Systems Engineering Professional." Many RII employees hold certifications as CSEPs.RII's systems engineering workforce is experienced and ready to support your projects at any level of complexity. As previously noted, one of RII's organizational goals is to provide certification paths for all employees, and CSEP certification for Systems Engineers is part of this. As part of our benefit plan, RII pays for CSEP certification and CSEP training for all employees providing systems engineering support to our clients.
