RII is excited to be participating in the 2012 NASA PM Challenge. This year's theme is Evolve and Excel. RII employees Michele King, Kelly Moses, and Robin Smith will be co-presenting "Life Cycle Reviews: Programmatic Analysis Lessons Learned" along with Heidemarie Borchardt, NASA HQ in the Independent Review in Action session. The NASA PM Challenge provides the forum for all stakeholders in the Project Management Community to meet and share stories, lessons learned, and new uses of technology in the industry. The event will be held at Caribe Royale Hotel and Convention Center, Orlando, Florida on February 22-23, 2012.

In addition, the contract has been expanded to include an additional analyst, Mr. Mike Copeland of TGS Consultants in Huntsville, Alabama. The addition of Mr. Copeland brings the cost risk analysis component to the contract and he will work in conjunction with the existing RII employees: Ms. Michele King, Ms. Kelly Moses, Ms. Robin Smith and Mr. Jake Verbeck to ensure conflict-free project assessment and risk analysis support to the IPAO.
